The world's most
influential thinkers agree that it is possible to make your dreams a reality.
That is Manifestation.
However, it's not
magic. It's not something you can do overnight. You must set out your intention
clearly, and also believe that you will achieve it. Then, take action to make
that dream a reality.
A vision board can be
an invaluable tool for anyone who wants to learn how to relax, be patient, be
more patient, find a job they love, be kind to themselves, or improve their
relationship.
What's a Vision Board?
Vision boards are
visual tools that help you visualize your goals and dreams. You can purchase them
from a professional supplier or make them yourself by using a poster boar supplier.
You can easily
visualize your visual representations of your goals when you place them in a
place. It is a great way to activate the Law of Attraction by looking at your
goals daily and imagining them as if you have already achieved them.
There is no particular
rule governing the use of the dream board. It's all about creating something
that inspires you to achieve your goals and dreams every day.
Vision boards can be
narrowed down to a single idea or focus on the larger picture of how you
envision the future.
Is a vision board
effective?
Psychology Today
reports that mental practices such as visualization can improve motivation,
confidence, and body performance.
Researchers found that
visualization was nearly as effective in athletes as physical exercise in one
study.
Larry says that it's
also an arts and crafts project that lets you see how your goals will look once
you have achieved them.
If, for instance, you
want to feel more confident with your body, then you might place pictures of
happy, healthy women along with encouraging words such as
"confidence" on your vision board.

A 5-Step Method for
Creating a Perfect and Empowering Vision Boards
Here's why Vision Boards Work
The vision board is
not enough to help you attract the things that are truly important to you. It
is essential to see, feel, and act on what you want. Here are four steps that
will help you make the vision board you desire.
Define your goals
Find your inspiration
You can map your board
Use motivational words of affirmation
Bring your vision board to life
Step 1: Defining Your Goals
Make a list of the
most significant areas in your life right now. These could include family,
relationships, and hobbies. You'd be surprised at how many ideas you can think
of (eg. Teaching yoga, taking music lessons or starting a business).
It should not take
more than 5-10 minutes. Note the first ideas that pop into your head. These
will help you to think about the next step, collecting imagery.
Step 2: Finding Inspiration
Start looking for
images and words that match the goals you identified in Step 1. Magazines that
focus on home, lifestyle, nature, fitness, yoga, fashion, baby, etc. might be a
good choice.
You don't have to
limit your search to magazines. You might also find inspiration at these other
places:
Postcards
Stickers
Wallpaper
Flowers and leaves
Fabric
Catalogs
Wrapping paper
Ribbons
Clothing hangs tag
There are so many
possibilities!
You're looking for
words, images, or colors that resonate with your emotions. Colors, patterns,
textures, or imagery may inspire you. Words can inspire you
a great deal, so take it out and put it on the side.
It is a great project
that you can spend hours on. So, grab a cup of tea or coffee, and then sit down to
peruse your magazines. You should have a lot more images than you think you
need.
Step 3: Mapping Your Board
Here's the fun part!
Here are the Essentials:
Cardboard (A3 or
11x17; the larger the board, the better!
Scissors
Glue or glue sticks
Markers, crayons,
pastels
Fabric or ribbons
Washy tapes
You might also find
stickers, gems, or sequins. Layout your images on the board but do not glue
them yet. It is easier for you to arrange your photos on an art-board before
sticking them. It allows you to order and re-arrange your pieces before you
commit.
Once you are ready,
glue your images. But don't glue them yet. It is possible to layer images, so
be flexible and allow yourself to arrange them as you wish.
Once you are satisfied
with your final product, stick the edges down. To keep your board flat while it
dries, you might place books or magazines on top.
Step 4: Add
Motivational Words that Describe How You Want to Feel
The things you desire
to feel in your ideal life are not what they are. To this end, I add words to
my vision board to describe how I want it to feel every day.
Spend some time
creating a list of words that best describe your feelings. Find these words in
magazines, or you can write them yourself. Add them to your vision board
visually appealing.
Step 5: Bringing Your
Vision Boards to Life!
Finally, once you
finish creating your dream board, it is essential to place it in the area you
treasure most. You can put it in your studio, office, or right next to your bed
to make it easy to see every day.
You can even make it
your screensaver. When you see this vision, it is essential to embody it fully
and make it a reality.
How to Use Your Dream
Board
Keep your vision board
next to your bed on a nightstand. You can leave it open as much as you wish and
spend as much time as possible visualizing, affirming, and believing your
goals.
It is powerful to
spend time visualizing the night before bed. You can create the vibration match
you want for your future by focusing on the thoughts and images you have in
your mind 45 minutes before you go to bed.
As your dreams become
a reality, you can look back at the images that show your accomplishments and
feel grateful for the Law of Attraction's positive effects on your life.
Recognize that the Law of Attraction is working. Do not remove pictures that are representative of the
goals you have already achieved.
Your vision board
goals are powerful visual reminders that you have attracted the things you want
into your life.
It is a good idea to
write down the date that you made your dream board. You will be amazed at how
fast the Law of Attraction responds when you become energetic, committed, and
passionate.
This board is similar
to a time capsule. It will record your journey, dreams, and achievements for
each year. You will be able to look back on it in the years to come as a record
of your awareness, growth, and expansion.
It is a good idea to
make a new board every year. Your dreams will grow and evolve as you do. It is
crucial to keep your vision board safe and treasure it. These boards need to be
kept safe and cherished.
How Often Should I
Update My Vision Board?
Refresh your dreamboard as your goals change and time passes. It is up to you how often and how
much you update it. Maybe you want to give your home a complete overhaul, or
you need to change a few words or affirmations.
You can only see your
vision and decide when to fill it or arrange it with your current desires and
intentions. As with all things related to the law, attraction, you must take
action to achieve your goals.
With the help of your
vision board, you will be one step closer to achieving whatever you want.
